I am an unapologetic romance reader! That prompted me to create this reading journal for romance lovers like myself. There are many ways you can keep track of the books you read. Maybe you annotate within Kindle, or rate and review on Goodreads; I’ve even known people who create a spreadsheet.

Even using some of these strategies, I often went back through my books and couldn’t remember enough about them to decide whether I wanted to re-read or recommend. Or, I would remember a character or situation but couldn’t remember the book’s name.

The Romance Readers Book Journal will help you record each book and break it down into more memorable categories, such as genre, tropes, synopsis and characters. You can even write your review to share on websites such as Goodreads and Amazon, save your favourite quotes and jot down useful keywords to jog your memory at a later date.

Following the Great Amazon Reviews Disaster of 2015 (as I like to call it) when my many, many book reviews were removed from Amazon (no notification and I never found out why) I wish I’d kept a copy of my reviews somewhere that wasn’t at the whim of a business or website owner! So, that’s an added bonus of this book.

It’s 8.5″ x 11″ (approximately A4), which means it’s more of a desktop book than one you might carry around. Paper is 100gsm white and the cover is paperback with a glossy finish.
